So for day 6 of #Blogtober, I’m sharing some of my favourite ‘witchy’ books. I’m including any books that have women that use magic or special abilities in.
1. Children of Blood and Bone by Toni Adeymj
2. Girls Made of Snow and Glass by Melissa Barshadoust
3. Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo
4. Three Dark Crowns series by Kendare Blake
5. The Diviners series by Libba Bray
6. The Belles by Dhonielle Clayton
7. Forest of a Thousand Lanterns by Julie C Dao
8. The Wicked Deep by Shea Ernshaw
9. The Graces by Laure Eve
10. Spellbook of The Lost and Found by Moïra Fowley-Doyle
Of course, there is one more famous witch who I’ve not mentioned yet: Hermione Granger!

This wonderful, witty witch will always be the true hero of the Harry Potter series for me!
Over To You:
Which ‘witchy’ books would you add to the list?
I am embarrassed to say that I have about half of your list sitting on my shelf currently unread
Oops! I have read the Three Dark Crowns series though and love it .

No need to be embarrassed; maybe I’ll inspire you to pick them up at some point! Reading is such a personal preference, so don’t worry about it at all. Glad you liked the Three Dark Crowns series though.

OMG I didn’t realize The Belles was a witchy book! I was going to pick it up before but now I definitely will!

I classed ‘witchy’ as women with magical abilities or powers, so it’s not a traditionally witchy book. It’s still brilliant though and definitely worth a read!

Same here, which is why I included them. Which books would you add to the list?

Sawkill Girls, The Witch of Willow Hall (although very sad), and maybe My Plain Jane. I just got into fantasy this year, so I still have a stack of books to get through lol

I can’t wait to read Sawkill Girls, The Witch of Willow Hall sounds really interesting and I’ve heard a lot of good things about My Plain Jane. Same here, so there’s quite a few more for me to read.
