For my first reviews of 2020, I'm sharing another instalment of my Mini Review Mondays, after reviving it last month! In case you haven't seen any of my previous posts, I do 'mini' reviews of books that I've read, loved and usually promised to review ages ago. Today, I'm focusing on two absolutely stunning stories, starting with Wilder Girls, which is published in the UK exactly one month from today. I managed to read it early, as I traded for a UK ARC.

January TBR
This month, I'm aiming to read a fair few books, many of which I've been generously gifted by various lovely publishers and friends & family! As always, this will be a working document that I will update throughout the month to track my progress. The symbol ✨ means that I'm currently reading that book. Grief Angels … Continue reading January TBR
January Anticipated Releases
This year, I want to try something new on here. In addition to my monthly TBR, I want to shout about my most anticipated releases of each month and see how many of them I've read by the end of the year. For this, I've created a massive spreadsheet and have tried to keep an … Continue reading January Anticipated Releases
My Top Books of 2019
Firstly, look at this return to regular content! I've spent a fair bit of time this week writing and scheduling reviews for the next month and I'm really excited for you to read them. Recent Reads: #27 #28 Reviews: The Beautiful Infinity Son Love, Secret Santa The Toll Haul: … Continue reading December Wrap-Up and Haul
The Toll
I’ll keep this short and spoiler-free, so I won’t include a synopsis as it spoils some events from Scythe and Thunderhead, but I've linked my review for them instead! The Toll: My Thoughts: For me, this was the perfect ending for this amazing trilogy. It's so intrinsically detailed, tightly plotted and very, very clever. The … Continue reading The Toll

Previously, I renamed 'Weekly' Wrap-Ups to Recent Reads, as I feel like that reflects the timescale between posts more accurately! As ever, today I will briefly reviewing all the books I've read since my last post in approximately fifty words. This post also explains my concept of 'The Chosen Ones' to highlight my favourite books in each … Continue reading Recent Reads #28

Love, Secret Santa
Today, I'm honoured to be taking part in the blog tour for Love, Secret Santa. Thank you so much to Becci Mansell and Hachette Children's Group for including me and sending me a copy of this heart-warming romance in exchange for an honest review. I've also got the privilege of having Sareeta guest-write her advice … Continue reading Love, Secret Santa
