Today, I'm super excited to be reviewing Gorgeous Gruesome Faces by Linda Cheng. From just the comparison titles for this book, I was hooked. “Yellowjackets meets She Is a Haunting” - what more could you possibly ask for? Then that stunning cover burst onto the scene and I knew I needed this book in my life. 

Review: The Meadows

Today, I'm reviewing The Meadows by Stephanie Oakes. This was one of those books that leaves an ache deep in your bones and your heart. How you cope with that ache is up to you, but hopefully it spurs you to act in the defence of love.

November 2023 TBR

Today I’m setting out my TBR for November and I’ve really been in the mood to read more mysteries, so that’s the predominant genre here. However, I’m also treating myself to a highly anticipated mythological retelling and some YA fantasy/thrillers! Watch all of this be upended by YALC next week.
