I'm sharing another instalment of my Mini Review Mondays, after continuing it earlier this year! In case you haven't seen any of my previous posts, I do 'mini' reviews of books that I've read, loved and usually promised to review ages ago. Today, I'm focusing on three brilliant stories that I was lucky enough to read early, two of which have come out recently. I'm going to start with the new contemporary novel from Sara Barnard, which has been pushed back to next year and I read early via Netgalley thanks to Macmillan.

Follow Me, Like Me
As always, writing a review for a mystery/thriller is difficult, as you don't want to give anything away. Therefore today's review will be short and sweet, as this is the type of book where you want to go in blind. I received an e-ARC of this book via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Trigger warnings: … Continue reading Follow Me, Like Me
Recent Reads #22
Previously, I renamed 'Weekly' Wrap-Ups to Recent Reads, as I feel like that reflects the timescale between posts more accurately! As ever, today I will briefly reviewing all the books I've read since my last post in approximately fifty words. The previous post also explains my concept of 'The Chosen Ones' to highlight my favourite books in … Continue reading Recent Reads #22
#FindTheGirl: All That Glitters
Thank you to Michelle Nathan and Penguin for including me and sending me these brilliant books in exchange for an honest review. As today's post is featuring All That Glitters, the synopsis will include spoilers for the first book in the series, #FindTheGirl. I was instantly drawn to these books because I've been a fan of … Continue reading #FindTheGirl: All That Glitters
Weekly Wrap-Up #15
It's been quite a while since my last wrap up, so I have quite a few books to discuss today! As always, I'll be reviewing each of my recent reads in fifty words or less. 1. Tower of Dawn by Sarah J Maas I'm so nearly finished with this infamous series and I'm enjoying it, … Continue reading Weekly Wrap-Up #15

I am so excited for all the books I want to read the month, from some amazing new releases, to some epic series and even a few backlist-wonders. As always, this will be a working document that I will update throughout the month to track my progress. Main TBR: Viper by Bex Hogan ✔️ The … Continue reading May TBR
Weekly Wrap-Up #10
This has been one of my most productive reading weeks ever, with the gorgeous weather helping me just sit and relax with a good book. I've read a fair bit since last week, so I'll be keeping the reviews brief today, as I'm planning to do full reviews of my favourites soon. 1. Beauty Sleep by … Continue reading Weekly Wrap-Up #10
Let’s Talk YA #2
Last week, the lovely Emma from Never Judge A Book By Its Cover and I launched Let's Talk YA and my first pick was the Beautiful Broken Things duology by Sara Banard. This is going to be a regular feature on my blog and I'm aiming to run it weekly, so today I've chosen the gritty, raw … Continue reading Let’s Talk YA #2
Let’s Talk YA
A while ago, the lovely Emma from Never Judge A Book By It's Cover and I shared some mutal fangirling over Enchantee on Twitter and this sparked a conversation about how we often just like and retweet bookish comments, istead of engaging. Eventually, this lead to the creation of a brand new feature that Emma and I are co-hosting, where we share a book, preferably UKYA, that's under-rated and try to start a conversation about it.
Enchantée Review
I was lucky enough to get my request of this magical book approved by My Kinda Book, so thanks to them, Amber Ivatt and Pan Macmillan for gifting me a free copy in exchange for an honest review (though I now intend to buy the finished book, as it looks so beautiful). Enchantée by Gita … Continue reading Enchantée Review
