Reviews:

- Barb Jacobs Just Won’t Die, You’re No Better and Scorpion Deep
- Murder at the Grand Alpine Hotel
- The Silent Appeal
- This Divine Revelry
- Winterveil
- The Scarlet Ball, Yearning Difficulties and The Man with the Golden Compass
Haul:

I was utterly spoilt in October, being treated to this stack of spectacular books!
Scholastic kindly sent me Tylor Whitlock Just Won’t Die by Kendall Annette and I got help with picking up the special Works edition of One Last Scare by Bill Wood, which I also got to attend the most brilliant event to celebrate this trilogy. Another fantastic event I was lucky enough to attend in October was the launch of Penguin’s new imprint Dusk, where I picked up a copy of A Thief Among Dragons by A. M. Croll.
Constable kindly sent me a copy of Murder on the Mistletoe Express by Katy Watson and Sphere sent me The Numbers by David Parry. Bloomsbury sent me this stunning copy of Gutterwitch by Esmie Jikiemi-Pearson, while HarperFire sent me The Persephone Girls by Jodie Garnish. Tor also gifted me She’s All The Rage by Leigh Radford.
Simon YA sent me copies of Spell Wright by Heather Kassner and Blood of Silver by Allie Nguyen, while Little Island Books surprised me with He Loves Me (Not) by Maire Zepf. Electric Monkey also surprised me with The Cursed Fate of Sabrina Parry by Anna Fiteni.
Finally, my pre order of The Velvet Knife by Maureen Johnson arrived and I also bought myself As Many Souls As Stars by Natasha Siegel.
